Elegushi Royal Family has finally released an official statement following the petition released by singer Mohbad before his death.
27-year-old Mohbad before he passed away wrote a petition that just surfaced online where he disclosed how Lagos socialite, Sam Larry and his crew disrupted his music video shoot with Zlatan Ibile.
The petition by Mohbad disclosed how he was physically abused by Sam Larry and how is musical equipment worth N5M was destroyed by them.

The petition by the late Mohbad reveals that Sam Larry and his boys boast about the assault as they disclose that they work for Oba Elegushi.
Responding to this, Oba Elegushi Royal Family in a statement utters that Sam Larry is not a member of the Royal Family and doesn’t work for Oba Elegushi in any way.”

PRESS STATEMENT The Elegushi Royal Family of Eti-Osa wishes to put on record the misinformation on the media space involving Samson Brinfolami Balogun (AKA Sam Larry) Samson Balogun is not a member of the royal family and does not work for the royal family or king in any capacity. Like other celebrities, politicians, religious and community leaders, he visits the palace to pay homage to the king and seek royal blessings just like other members of the public.
While extending our condolences to the family and friends of late erioluwa Aloha (known as Mohllad), we would like to add our voice to the calls for a thorough investigation into circumstances surrounding his death, with a view to unravelling any foul play.
