PSG Vs Juventus (UCL 2022/23)

PSG take the Champions League very seriously as a tournament that they need to win this season. The French giants’ closest attempt to win the Champions League was in 2020 against Bayern Munich when they lost in the final.

PSG’s new manager, Christopher Gailter, will also be judged by the Champions League. It seems like an easy group for PSG, with Benfica, Maccabi Haifa, and Juventus in Group H.

The Old Lady is already having a frustrating season due to poor performances and a lack of consistency. Juventus currently sit in the 5th position on the Serie A table. They have been extremely poor at the back.

Paris Saint-Germain have few injury worries ahead of their encounter with Juventus in the Champions League. Timothee Pembele (PSG right back) is out and he is expected to return on October 16. Vitinha also suffered from an injury against Nantes.

No PSG player has been suspended. Christopher Gailter already had various options with Renato Sanchez to replace the injured Vitinha.
