The Round of 16 draws of theΒ UEFA Champions League, which took place on Monday, December 13th, 2021, has set up some mouth-watering games when the second round starts in February 2022.
The Teams were divided into two pots, which include the seeded teams and unseeded teams. The teams that were seeded are the group winners while the unseeded are the clubs that finished in second place.
Clubs that finished top in their groups:Β Ajax, Bayern Munich, Liverpool, Manchester United, Manchester City, Real Madrid, Juventus,Β and Lille.
Clubs that finished as runners-up: Atletico Madrid, Benfica, Chelsea, FC Salzburg, Inter Milan, Paris Saint-Germain, Sporting CP, Villareal.

The Group runners-up will play the first leg at home while the Group winners will play the first leg away from their home. The first legs are scheduled for February 15th / 16th and 22nd/ 23rd while the second legs will take place on March 8th /9th, and 15th /16th 2022.
The draw of the quarter-final and semifinal games will take place on the same day. The final will take place on May 28th, 2022 at Krestovsky Stadium in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
