After his altercation with the OGUN state police, Nigerian street singer Portable appears to have put himself in more difficulty.
The operatives informed Portable that a petition had been filed against him as he became agitated and demanded an explanation for the officers’ presence in the footage released on Tuesday on Kilamity Blog.
In response to the widely circulated video of Portable cursing at police officers, the CSO of the Nigerian Police Force, Olumuyiwa Adejobi, stated that he was likely to suffer persecution.

The police claimed that the artist behaved irrationally and insulted police officers who were performing their official duties.
He asserts that the behaviour is unlawful and subject to punishment under Nigerian criminal law.
