Nigerian singer and songwriter, Wizkid has once again silenced haters with the arrival of his Grammy Plaque.
The singer who made headlines for the past 2 months in regards to his win at the 63rd Grammy award has finally provided an answer to fans as he took delivery of his Grammy Plaque.
Recall on the 14th of March, Wizkid received a Grammy recognition for his participation in Beyoncé’s brown skin girl which won the best music video of the year. However, his victory stirred controversy on social media as many commented that Wizkid never won a Grammy plaque because he was a featured artist and Burna Boy is the only recognized Nigerian Grammy winner.
On the 23rd of June, a closeup photo of Wizkid’s Golden Gramophone for his Brown Skin Girl feature surfaced online.
Nigerians and Wizkid FC immediately took to social media to show Wizkid’s Grammy Plaque and also congratulate him.
