Popular Nigerian singer and songwriter Teniola Apata professionally known as Teni recently raises eyebrows following her kind gesture towards homeless kids.
Teni, the “Malaika” hitmaker who sparked reactions with her outfit at an event over the weekend decided to spoil the homeless girls of Dream Catchers Academy – a Non-Governmental Organisation.
Teni visited the orphanages/homeless girl at their place and by extension drove them to a Shoprite.
Upon getting to Shoprite, Teni shows off the philanthropy embedded in her by shopping for the children.
Telling the homeless kids to pick what they want under a period of time, Teni said; ” On your mark, set go”.
And the kids responded by shopping for anything they want that include, packs of cornflakes, packs of Indomie, packs of Semovita, Bournvita, and drinks among other groceries.
At the end, the singer pays for everything and the kids surround her as they bond much more with her in an environment that oozes absolutely nothing but positive energy.
