Celebrities across entertainment industry have continued to pen their tribute as they mourn the death of Nigerian singer, Mohbad,
The 27-year-old Mohbad Imole, whose name is Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba was pronounced dead on September 12.
Fans, colleagues and other celebrities have since been expressing their condolences as they took to their social media pages.
Nigerian skit makers like Cute Abiola, Sabinus, Broda Shaggi, OGB recent, Woli Arole, Erekere amongst other. Online content creator, Kie kie revealed while penning her tribute that she and the deceased scheduled scheduled a video shoot together tomorrow, September 14th.
She wrote, “Imole…….. You asked me to make this video for you in Yankee, I sent it to you and you started hailing me, always free spirited 🥰Then you said “mama abeg, mo tutu dey o, se’e mo pe emi ko yin je, make I worry you again abeg, make I come to your house make we shoot another one again so we go fit post am together”. (A very decent and humble man till the end) We couldn’t shoot last Sunday, so we moved it.
Our shoot is tomorrow Imole… your VN is literally replaying in my head. I can’t stop seeing you in my living room. God knows best! IMOLE 💔💔💔💔💔💕”.
Nollywood actors such as Iyabo Ojo, Jamiu Azeez, Adedimeji Lateef amongst others. Movie star, Bukunmi Oluwashina took to Instagram as she shared her last conversation with Mohbad before he died.
She wrote, “I got you. 🏻❤️” That was your last message and symbol in our chat. I’m sad and happy at the same time. Because you are in a better place now. And no one would come after your life again my friend.”
“You are safe now Imole. 🌕🌓🌒🌑 It’s a honour that I was able to show my last support and love while you were here. Good night Oladimeji. 💔💐”.
