CHELSEA and Real Madrid reconvene for the second leg of their Champions League quarter-final tie at Stamford Bridge on Kilamity Blog.
The 10-man Blues succumbed to a lacklustre 2-0 defeat in the Spanish capital last midweek as goals from Karim Benzema and Marco Asensio put Los Blancos in pole position to seal their passage to the semi-final stage.
Things just go from bad to worse for the hosts and they’ve shown little sign of turning things around under club legend and caretaker boss Frank Lampard who lost for the third time in succession against Brighton on Saturday.
Chelsea now have a little bit of a mountain to climb heading into their return match with Real Madrid and have to attack from the off if they are to overturn a 2-0 deficit.
