Graham Potter takes charge of his first Premier League game as Chelsea manager when he travels with his side to Crystal Palace on Kilamity.
Todd Boehly has demonstrated his cut-throat nature as Chelsea co-owner after sacking Thomas Tuchel six games into the new Premier League season. Former Brighton boss Potter has been drafted in to spearhead the Americanβs new sporting project, and he kickstarts his tenure in the English top flight away to Palace. Patrick Vieira will be looking to claim a huge scalp here as he goes in search of only his second win of the campaign.
In a huge boost to Potterβs early reign, NβGolo Kante has made a recent return to training after battling a thigh complication.
The Frenchmanβs industry and enterprise have been sorely missed in midfield, but Potter could be tempted to throw caution to the wind by not casting him into the first-team straightaway. Edouard Mendy and Christian Pulisic should also be available here, giving Potter a near-enough full squad.
