DSS arrests 23-year-old lady threatening suicide bomb against Kano Tribunal judge and APC’s Gawuna

The Department of State Security (DSS) has arrested a 23-year-old lady, Fildausi Ahamadu, for allegedly threatening to commit suicide with all those she felt were responsible for the victory of the All Progressives Congress governorship candidate in Kano State, Nasiru Gawuna, at the election petitions tribunal.

Recall Kilamity reported that a three-member panel of the Election Petition Tribunal, led by Justice Oluyemi Akintan-Osadebay, had on Wednesday, September 20, nullified the election victory of Governor Yusuf of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP) and declared Gawuna winner of the March 18 gubernatorial election in Kano State.

The 23-year-old Fildausi also warned Gawuna of the APC, saying, “You dare not indicate your location, otherwise, I don’t mind striking you with bomb vest to commit suicide.”

Fildausi also alleged that Vice President Kashim Shettima influenced the Tribunal Judgement against the NNPP in Kano.

A DSS source, who confirmed the arrest of Fildausi, said she would be arraigned in court.

“We are indeed taking Fildausi Musa Ahamadu to Court because these threats should not be played with,” the source said.
