“He wants to rip me” – Young Duu calls out Carter Efe over the ownership of their new song Oyinmo (Video)

Portable ex-signee Young Duu in a latest video making the rounds online calls out Carter Efe over the ownership of their new song Oyinmo.

Recall that following Young Duu exist from Portable Zeh Nation record label, he was shown love and accommodated by comedian Carter Efe.

However, on November 8th 2023, the audio and music video of Oyinmo by Carter Efe and Young Duu was released and by extension, the music captured the hearts of many as it generated high replay value.

Contrary to the belief of many, Carter Efe claims to be the owner of the song while the singer Young Duu was named as a featured artiste in the hit song Oyinmo.

Carter Efe kickstarted #Oyinmochallenge and even started performing the song at shows without Young Duu.

However, during an Instagram live video with his fans and followers, Young Duu calls out Carter Efe as he asserts that the comedian wants to rip him.

According to Young Duu, he is the owner of the song as he is the one who dished out the lyrics throughout the song.

Young Duu added that Carter Efe has used the industry brain to collect the song from him adding that he has been going to show to perform the song alone without him.

While accusing Carter Efe of ripping him, Young Duu said that Carter Efe is not an artiste but a comedian as he doesn’t know how to sing.

He added that Carter Efe has been pressurizing him to drop an album, but he told him that he is thinking about it.

In his words; “I’m the one who owned the song, I’ve been ripped; Someone else has taken over my song! Carter used industry brain to collect my song, going to show with my song. He is a comedian, not a singer. He doesn’t want to help me but always takes credit for those pulling the strings.

“I don’t want to expose everything. It’s not good; my boss did me bad and you want to do the same thing. You guys have family, the same way I came from someone else. So this was why you wanted me to drop an album for you,” he said in part.
