Popular Nigerian chef Hilda Effiong Bassey better known as Hilda Baci in a latest post on social media sends her heartfelt congratulations message to Irish chef as he breaks her Guinness World Record for the longest cooking individual.
Today, November 7th 2023, Guinness World Records confirms to everyone that Irish chef Alan Fisher has dethroned Hilda Baci as the longest cooking individual as he cooked for 119 hours 57 minutes in Japan.
That is more than 24 hours longer than the previous record held by Nigerian chef Hilda Baci (93hrs 11 minutes)
Recall that Hilda Baci who hailed from Akwa-Ibom State was awarded as the longest-cooking individual in June 2023.
Despite her reign as the longest-cooking individual being short-lived, Hilda Baci immediately took out time to congratulate Irish chef Alan Fisher on his latest huge achievement.
Hilda Baci wrote; βHuge congratulations to Alan Fisher! 119hrs 57mins is a huge achievement, and I wish him all the best as the new world record holder! ππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎππΎ.β
