Controversial internet sensation, Daniel Regha, has called out the Africa’s largest mobile network operator, MTN, over their increase in data price.
Daniel Regha took to his verified X app to share his lamentations. He asked reasons why the network service could change the price of 2.5gb from N500 to N600.
He went ahead to implore MTN not to make Nigerians struggle more when the country is already facing hardship.

He wrote, “Hi @MTNNG why is 2.5GB now N600? What’s the reason for the price increase? This was how u guys added 10% last year (Sept.) but reversed ur decision after being ordered by the govt. It’s beyond unfair. Many people are already struggling in today’s economy, don’t make it worse.”
