Man City will be looking to put last weekendβs defeat to rivals Liverpool behind them and get back on track against a Brighton side that are winless in their four Premier League games under Roberto De Zerbi (D2, L2).
The Seagulls are also winless in their last three away league games, losing twice and conceding seven goals. They had won five of their previous seven on the road before this (D1 L1) and had conceded just six goals in that run, but their fortunes have turned.
The Citizens have not lost consecutive league matches since December 2018 and will be hoping to make it 10 wins from the last 11 Premier League matches against Brighton. The south coast side have never won an away league game against Manchester City, losing 10 of their 12 such visits, including each of the last eight by an aggregate score of 21-2.
