Middlesbrough vs Chelsea (FA CUP Semi-final)

Middlesbrough host Chelsea in the FA Cup on this evening on Kilamity with a place in the semi-finals on the line.

For Middlesbrough, this game represents a chance to claim yet around Premier League scalp after beating Manchester United and Tottenham while searching for a first FA Cup semi-final appearance since 2005/06.

Chelsea, meanwhile, have reached the semi-finals of the FA Cup in five of the past six seasons but have only gone on to win the competition in one of those years.

Chelsea’s squad has slowly been healing itself with Reece James and Callum Hudson-Odoi looking close to returns from injury. James was included in Gareth Southgate’s England squad for the upcoming international break, leading to suggestions he could feature this weekend.

Andreas Christensen is a doubt after coming off against Lille in midweek though it did not appear too serious at the time. Ben Chilwell remains out for the season.
