Nigerian street rapper, Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, popularly known as Oladips is presently in critical condition as he was reportedly rushed into hospital.
In the late hours of Tuesday, November 14, videos made the rounds on social media of the ‘Lalakukulala’ crooner seeming to have collapsed as people surrounded him.
Before he was rushed to the hospital, the 28-year-old singer took to his Instagram story to post a message asking his friend, @onlyonelifetime, who left home to get him drugs to return home.
He wrote, ” @onlyonelifetime_Please Where Are You? I Done Call Your Number Tire Talk Say Make Una No Dey Leave Only Me For This House, Done Talk This Thing Like A Million Times…Not Even This Period Like This… Please Dey Come House Please Tori Olorun”.
In the video, Oladips could be heard earnestly asking his friend to transport him to the hospital. As he was being conveyed to the medical facility, his surrounding friends anxiously called out his name, as he reportedly lost consciousness during their journey.
The causes of his collapse and illness is yet to be known.
On February 13, 2023, Oladips announced that he lost his father in the cold hands of death.
