Leicester City will be looking to reach their first ever European competition final when they travel to face Roma in the second leg of their Europa Conference League semi-final live here on Kilamiti.
Brendan Rodgers’ side came from a goal down to secure a 1-1 draw in the first leg at the King Power Stadium last weekend but have not had ideal preparation for the return fixture, losing 3-1 to Tottenham Hotspur at the weekend. At the same time, Roma built up to their big game with a goalless draw against Bologna on Sunday, ending their hopes of Champions League football for next season.
Roma have no concerns for this game and Nicolo Zaniolo played the full 90 minutes against Bologna at the weekend after doubts surrounding fitness. However, Jose Mourinho wasn’t too happy that he wasn’t able to fully rest some of his stars in the league with Roma still fighting for European football – while Leicester were able to rotate.
Leicester will return to full strength after prioritising the Europa Conference League with their starting XI against Tottenham on Sunday. The Foxes will also be hopeful for the returns of James Maddison and Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, both of whom will face late fitness tests.
