Tottenham’s quest for a top four finish took a blow before the international break as they were routinely beaten 3-0 by Fulham at Craven Cottage. However, with Villa only able to pick up a point against West Ham, a win here could see Spurs move back above them in the table for the time being at least.
That should be made easier by their impressive recent record against promoted sides, winning 13 of their last 15 matches (one draw, one defeat) including a 1-0 victory over the Hatters in the reverse fixture.
