Tottenham Hotspur will face Ukrainian giants, Shakhtar Donetsk in the pre-season. It will be the first home game for Spurs in pre-season. Meanwhile, Shakhtar Donetsk already started its campaign in the Ukrainian Premier League.
Tottenham will kick off their Premier League campaign against Brentford on August 13 and before the season opener, they have two more games to play.
Postecoglou’s men haven’t played enough games in pre-season if we compare them to other top-six clubs. They went to Australia, Thailand, and Singapore before coming home. They lost to West Ham and beat Lion City in the most recent game. Their one game against Leicester got canceled.
Postecoglou’s side also needs few answers this season. Harry Kane’s stay at Tottenham is still uncertain amid his links with Bayern. Under the new manager, they need to find stability in the upcoming season.
