Police Public Relations Officer (PRO), Olumuyiwa Adejobi in a new video making the rounds on social disclosed why Naira Marley and Sam Larry can be held responsible for Mohbad death.
In the new clip, Ademuyiwa educates Nigerians on the injuries inflicted on the late Mohbad and how those who inflicted them on him can be held responsible for his death.
Recall that a photo surfaced online displaying a significant scar on the side of the late singer’s stomach. Even though the scar was fully healed, the size of the injury looked considerably large,

In October 2022, a video also surfaced online where Mohbad cries out again after being beaten to a pulp at Marlian’s house with bruises around his body. He ends up receiving drips at the hospital.
In the same 2023, Mohbad also disclosed that if he dies they should hold Naira Marley and Marlian Music responsible as they are after his life.
Also, the video of Sam Larry harassing and assaulting Mohbad while he was alive also triggered reactions online.
According to Ademuyiwa, Sam Larry and Naira Marley are not safe as the degree of the injury also determines the nature of the offense.
He added that if someone causes bodily harm to someone else, it has higher punishment than assualt.
He said that if an individual fights someone and causes injury to the person and the person dies within a year and a day, the law says those who caused the injuries are the ones that killed the person except the autopsy says otherwise.
