Omowunmi, the wife of the late Afrobeats star, Ilerioluwa Aloba better known as Mohbad, has shared her stance on doing a DNA test on their son, Liam Light.
The rumors about Mohbad’s son’s paternity began circulating online shortly after the singer’s death. Some people speculated that the child was actually fathered by Sam Larry, a former associate of Mohbad’s who had been accused of bullying and harassing the singer.
The rumors led to a significant backlash against Mohbad’s wife, with some people accusing her of infidelity.
However, in the early hours of today, popular movie star, Iyabo Ojo shared message she received from Omowunmi, stating that she just want justice for her husband.
Mohbad’s wife also promised to tell her truth at the coroner inquests, which is coming up on November 7th 2023. Furthermore, she declared that doing a DNA test on her son is a must.
Her words reads, “Hello ma I’ve decided not to speak on anything until 7th of November which is the coroner inquest because i do not want any side distraction,all I want is Justice for my husband which i believe the Nigeria government are working on,after everything I’ll either grant an interview or tell my own story before the whole world,and also DNA is definitely a
most!!!”
