Argentina remain unbeaten in the South American World Cup qualifiers as they welcome Uruguay to El Monumental. This is usually a closely fought encounter, but the hosts have had the upper in lately and will be keen to maintain their good form.
Argentina were held to a surprise 0-0 draw by Paraguay in their previous qualifying fixture. They were largely in control for much of the encounter and had chances to score but failed to find the breakthrough.
