A message by late Nigerian rapper Oladipupo Olabode Oladimeji, better known as Oladips begging his fans to pray for him a few minutes before he passed away has surfaced online.

The rapper, pronounced dead by his management on November 14th, had posted on his media page before his death:

“I Done Mean To Scare Nobody, But Dipsciples Please Pray For Me! I Don’t Feel Good.”

Just a day after making the post, Oladips was reportedly rushed to an unnamed hospital for an undisclosed illness.

Later that same day, his management announced his death in a post made public on November 15, 2023.

_smiles_xx: We didn’t learn from Mohbad, so many people yesterday were insulting him that he was chasing clout.. may he rip.

nanak_organics: You see the words “sentiment” and “chasing clout” it needs to be banned in this country, yall truly have lost your humanity all because you want to “leave sentiment aside” or yall think someone is “chasing clout”

wohwoh_boy: My question now is that could he have gone home to his family by himself to take care of things or he just decided to make it crucial and now he came online to seek our prayers I’m sorry but until we know cause of his death sha cos social media wasn’t going to help him in any way before especially without evidence.

stinblaze_da_comedi:That why me I’m not a man if you hurt me I will act like a woman, I will talk, I will run ooo if that makes me a woman no problem make I just dey alive
