The mena debut in these qualifiers as visitors, a difficult outing where they will seek to add points. In the history of the selection, they have only managed to qualify twice for the continental tournament, in 2012 and 2013, consecutive participations, unfortunately they have not recorded victories, five defeats and one draw, one goal scored.
In the qualifiers they have an irregular record, one victory and one defeat, against Zambia and Tanzania respectively. In terms of history, they have faced Sudan on three occasions with a balance of one victory and two defeats, three goals scored and six against.
