MANCHESTER CITY (W) vs BRIGHTON (W) | WSL 2024-25

Manchester City boss Gareth Taylor feels his players are “in a good place” as they prepare for Sunday’s home clash with Brighton, who were shock victors at the Joie Stadium last term and have started this season with a bang.

City opened their 2024/25 Women’s Super League campaign with a 2-2 draw against Arsenal at the Emirates Stadium last weekend, which came between two legs of a Champions League qualifying tie against Paris FC that Taylor’s side won 8-0 on aggregate – triumphing 5-0 in France last week and then 3-0 at home on Thursday.
