London rivals Chelsea and West Ham United round off the Premier League weekend when the pair do battle at Stamford Bridge on Monday night. The early season form which saw Chelsea considered as genuine title challengers is fast becoming a distant memory.
West Ham have fallen to defeat in six of their last nine Premier League meetings with Chelsea, including this season’s reverse fixture. It’s also worth noting that the Hammers have come away empty-handed from each of their last four visits to Stamford Bridge.
