Rosenborg arrive in a very different position. Norway’s most successful club, with 26 league titles, have endured a disappointing domestic campaign and currently sit 10th in the Eliteserien after 13 matches. Four wins, three draws and six defeats leave them below expectations, although successive league victories suggest performances are beginning to improve.
